**On a typical day you will:**

**1. Backlog Management & Technical Execution**

+ Assist in maintaining, prioritizing, and grooming the product backlog using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
+ Translate complex business requests into clear, technical **User Stories** and **Acceptance Criteria** that speak the language of software developers.
+ Define and map data flows, logic dependencies, and simple database requirements for newly requested features.

**2. Agile Team & Technical Collaboration**

+ Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Refinement, Retrospectives).
