Job Description

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and collaborative Product Documentation Specialist in part-time (20 hours per week) to support the execution of our Marketing Operations plan in line with the overall Marketing strategy.
In this role, you will manage projects and perform key marketing and documentation activities, ensuring product documentation meets legal, market, and customer requirements across regions.
Support the execution of the Marketing plan aligned with overall departmental objectives
Generate and publish Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for new product releases across different legislative areas on websites and other online platforms
Collaborate with the Product Stewardship team to ensure all Safety Data Sheets are accurate and up to date
Coordinate translation and review processes for product documentation in required languages
