About the Role
We are seeking a Product Development Technologist / Compliance Technologist to join a successful NZ food manufacturing business in Rotorua. This role is suited to someone with 2–4 years of product development and compliance experience who is looking to grow their career within a supportive and innovative company.
The role is focused on product development, but with some technical compliance responsibilities. Working closely with the Technical & Development Manager, you will assist with developing concept products, commercialising recipes, supporting production implementation, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with new product development from concept through to launch.

Support product trials, formulations, and factory implementation.

Maintain product specifications and technical documentation.
