Product Development Team Member

Product Development Team Member Assists with plant propagation, transplanting, spacing, labeling, shipping preparation, tissue sampling, pest scouting, and general greenhouse and garden maintenance activities. Works closely with fellow Product Development team members to support research initiatives, maintain plant health, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Responsibilities Support the development, evaluation, and maintenance of plant material throughout the research process. Execute physical tasks such as lifting, moving materials, standing for extended periods, and handling plants during the growing season. Follow all sanitation and safety protocols. Maintain organized and detailed records of plant activities. Qualifications Comfortable working in greenhouse and outdoor environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
