We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to lead the creation of new fragrance and lifestyle products from concept to launch. The role bridges creative vision, supplier coordination, and commercial viability, working closely with international perfume houses, packaging suppliers, and our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product development cycle: concept, sourcing, sampling, testing, and launch
  
• Coordinate with international fragrance houses and raw material suppliers on briefs, evaluations, and reformulations
