Key Responsibilities
Evaluate product requirements and carry out feasibility study.Evaluate product development schedule and lead progress through tool start to productionIssue product specifications, product & tool BOM.Provide cost-feature trade-off directions and determine tooling optimizationManage model makers to develop engineering prototypes and tool makers to build toolsPropose mechanical designs and electronic solutionsLiaise with multi-disciplinary team members, global colleagues, inland or overseas vendorsEvaluate engineering pilot samples and provide modification directionsOn-site review on initial production line setup for inland or overseas manufacturing vendors Years of Experience Required
Minimum 4 years of work experience in product engineering, ideally in toy and entertainment industry, is preferable....
