Technical Template & Tech Pack Creation

• Convert design mockups into detailed technical templates
• Document garment construction details such as fabric weights (e.g., 140GSM), compositions (e.g., 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex), and neck styles.
• Map out sublimation patterns, logo placements for sponsors and specific decoration methods.
• Create and maintain measurement tables across full size ranges

Production Planning & Purchase Orders (PO)

• Use Excel to aggregate individual player needs into total production quantities for the factory.
• Prepare localized Job Cards for Australian production teams that include specific notes
• Create formal POs for overseas factories based on approved version-controlled documents to ensure the latest design is always produced.
