Product Development & Engineering Manager

The Role

As the Product Development & Engineering Manager, you will lead Kingsley Enterprises’ research, development, and engineering function while driving seamless cross-functional project integration across the ARB Group. As the organisation’s lead technical authority, you’ll oversee the full product development pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to market-leading quality standards.

You’ll champion new product innovation while also managing the lifecycle of existing products, optimising performance, cost efficiency, compliance, and customer value from concept through to end-of-life.
