Product Development Engineer (Naucalpan de Juárez)

The D&R (Design & Release) Engineer is responsible to design, develop, validate and release bumpers and grilles. Under his/her responsibility for the assigned programs. Look for design improvements to increase quality and cost / weight optimization. Design parts in order to comply with Corporate and Local Requirements for parts validation, considering the WCR (Worldwide Customers Requirements), ES (Engineering Specifications) and SDS (Systems Design specifications) as well as the Manufacturing and Assembly requirements. The engineer is also responsible of parts incorporation at the Assembly Plant.

Position Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in or similar to Mechatronics / Robotics Engineering Degree
• English proficiency; fluid speaker with ability to negotiate and lead small teams
• Ability to deliver on time by planning tasks, leading co-workers pro-actively finding solutions.
• 3D CAD knowledge TCE / CATIA ability to create simple concepts...
