Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Product Design and Development: Lead the design and development of new power system products from concept to production, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, industry standards, and company objectives.

2. Prototype Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, electrical engineers, and site engineers to build and test prototypes of new power system products related to power generation, distribution, and management systems.

3. Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of power and energy applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Participate in continuous improvement of product quality and contribute to the product and planning decisions.

4. Customer Engagement: Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to customers on product selection, integration, and troubleshooting.
