Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000

Role Overview

The Development Engineering team is looking to hire an experienced Product Development Engineer. The successful candidate will lead the technical development of packaging products working with business development, completing engineering, and subsequent launch into our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• System level design with limited guidance, frequently in the absence of specific design standards.
• Participate in the formulation and/or evaluation of business cases.
• Work within a team of Engineers/Design Specialists in the development of current Injection Molding tooling products following appropriate steps within a formal product development process.
• Guide and approve the content of design documents and validation plans.
• Contribute to, verify and monitor engineering documentation.
