Responsible for the planning, selecting, and buying of merchandise for retail establishments. Duties include market research, competitor analysis, product evaluations and testing, monitoring purchase orders and creating reports for the management team. A highly skilled buyer often possesses a strong industry knowledge with the ability to forecast market trends and perform consumer research.
Job Qualifications
- BS Accountancy, Engineering or other Accounting related course
- Proficient in MS Office Tools, and Google Workspaces
- Has good communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers and shippers.
- Ability to work with minimal supervisionFresh graduates with the required competencies are encouraged to apply
