Product Designer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer who will partner with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to craft intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for Ola’s consumer and driver facing apps. The designer will own the end‑to‑end design process—from research and ideation to high‑fidelity prototyping and usability testing—ensuring that every touchpoint aligns with Ola’s business goals and delivers a delightful user experience

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to uncover consumer and driver needs and pain points
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into design solutions that support AB testing
Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across Ola’s mobile and web products
