ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a UX / Product Designer who combines strong user-centered design fundamentals with practical product thinking. This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into elegant, scalable, and technically feasible design solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and other Designers to create experiences that are intuitive, visually cohesive, and aligned with strategic goals. This is a hands-on role for a designer who is equally comfortable conducting user research, designing high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, and partnering with engineering teams to ensure implementation excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. User Research & Discovery
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, etc.
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, and problem statements.
