Our client, **a leading commercial airline,** is looking to hire a **UX Product Designer** . **This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x a week in Fort Worth, TX (Mid-Cities area).**
***This job is an initial 4-month W2 contract role with benefits & the opportunity to extend!***
As a **UX Product Designer,** you will **lead end-to-end UX & product design processes, from ideation through execution** for an **internal platform impacting employees across the organization!**
**Responsibilities**
+ **Design the visual style, interface and interaction flow of internal applications and experiences** across **mobile and web** in adherence with design standards & existing design systems
+ **Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes** for designs leveraging **data from heuristic reviews, user interviews, as well as remote unmoderated in-person testing**
