Internship opportunity in Product Design Engineering at Sandisk, focusing on NAND testing and reliability in Penang, Malaysia.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Perform test execution on NAND BGAs
• Conduct system-level reliability and package-level reliability tests on NAND
• Perform failure analysis on rejected BGAs
• Develop Python scripts to automate log parsing and analysis

About You

The company is looking for:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Microelectronic, or related Engineering field
• Interest in device and embedded systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods (preferred)
• Understanding of electronics materials and fabrication processes (preferred)
