Job Description

An opportunity for Product Delivery Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, develop and engage a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.
• Deliver products on time, on quality and on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, respecting the country work legal environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High level of motivation to lead complex projects.
• English: Negotiation level.
• Spanish: Fluent.
