This role sits at the intersection of product, analytics, and experimentation. The ideal candidate understands user behavior deeply and can turn data into actionable recommendations that directly impact conversion performance.

• Analyze customer behavior throughout the digital booking/purchase funnel
• Identify conversion drop-offs and investigate root causes
