Product Compliance Engineer

Compliance Engineer – Hybrid (Lysaker, Norway. 3 days in-office per week)

Overview

The Cisco Lysaker Compliance team is looking for a compliance engineer with experience in safety, EMC, radio and sustainable design, testing and certification. You will join a team of expert compliance engineers and be part of multi‑functional project teams developing the next Cisco collaboration products, from early sketches to market‑ready product.

Responsibilities

• Work on the development of Cisco video products with a focus on safety, EMC and radio functionality.
• Perform relevant compliance tests on prototypes in internal labs.
• Be responsible for a product’s global certification, both before and after market launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and at least 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with product approval/certification.
• Fluent in English.
