- Working closely with the Customer Centers to identify Product and Application issues where support is required, including rock drilling tools contract performance improvements.
- Lead customer trials, demonstrate product values to sales teams, support CC team to present the value to customers.
- Taking an assisting part in training arrangements such as Product & Application Training, etc. and assist in executing the Train the Trainer concept...
