Job Description

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, the Manager, Customer & Product Training will establish and lead the company’s product training initiatives for both customers and internal teams. You will design and deliver scalable training programs that support customer onboarding, product adoption, and internal product enablement, helping ensure over 300 customers across North America successfully deploy and maximize the company’s technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and oversee customer and internal product training programs, including onboarding and advanced product training

  • Design scalable learning programs, curriculum, and training materials

  • Deliver training through webinars, workshops, customer events, and on-site sessions

  • Lead training initiatives that support customer onboarding and product adoption across North America
