Product and Process Implementation Specialist

**Job Purpose/Overview**



+ Lead the implementation ofnew Product & Packing Innovation in Tianjin factory

+ Lead factory portfolio change management

+ Support quality through statistic process control

+ Lead process & product validation of production line & equipment in CVS project

+ Lead Formula deploy and management

+ Manage change including the coordination of projects between a cross functional team of people, on a local, regional and global level.

+ Execute R&D strategies for growth, quality & efficiency by implementing new R&D Innovations on site in regards to product, pack, process and packaging equipment’s/lines

+ Lead lines trials, complete trial reports and provide technical inputs to operation team throughout activity lifecycle for product implementations projects
