Key Responsibilities

• Product–DevOps Liaison
• Act as the primary bridge between Product and DevOps teams.
• Translate business and product requirements into operational and technical actions.
• Ensure alignment between product roadmap priorities and technical implementation.

Incident & Operational Management

• Manage and prioritize high-impact trouble tickets (including device/firmware incidents) under short SLAs.
• Use ITSM tools (such as Jira/ServiceNow) for incident tracking and follow-up.
