The Associate Experience LATAM works with the User & Employee Satisfaction lead to serve as the sole point of contact (SPOC) for interactions among the Wipro AskGS team, RM team, Sourcing, Support Areas, and requestors/business. The role focuses on increasing user/employee satisfaction, ensuring AskGS/GSP teams are updated with necessary process changes, and providing the documentation and materials needed for high‑level service. The Associate Experience LATAM is also responsible for the end‑to‑end NPS metric.
