Feed the Future Senegal Project Dundël Suuf is seeking a consultant for a short-term project focused on assessing procurement systems and ensuring compliance with IFAD standards. The role involves a structured review, gap analysis, and development of a Procurement Plan.

The consultant should have an advanced degree in procurement or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement management. A strong track record in capacity building and knowledge of IFAD guidelines are essential.

This consultancy can be conducted remotely or in Juba, South Sudan, for approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
