Your RoleWe are looking for a Procurement Specialist, within the Purchasing department, who will report to the Global Procurement Manager at the Mantova plant. In this role, you will be responsible to grant the availability on time and in full of raw materials and packs used in the Mantova plant. What you will do
  • Plan and coordinate the supply of raw materials and packs with different suppliers to cover requested productions according to MRP and consumptions, and considering the specific factors of every supplier.
  • Daily follow up production and sourcing plan to ensure right stock and service level.
  • Detect and prevent supply risks to minimize these with proper actions on time to avoid shortages in the plant.
  • Control and optimize stocks according to the production needs plan and avoid overstocks, obsolescence and supply gaps.
