Procurement Specialist

Description We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations for a Long-term Contract position in Kennesaw, Georgia. This role is well suited for someone who works carefully with data, stays organized across multiple priorities, and can independently manage procurement-related tasks from request through payment. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the ability to maintain productive vendor relationships while ensuring purchasing records and transactions remain accurate.

Responsibilities:
• Review internal purchase requests and create purchase orders with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate invoice and order mismatches, coordinate with relevant parties, and drive issues through to resolution.
