Job Title: Procurement SpecialistJob Description
Manage the procurement of indirect materials and services, including MRO, office supplies, equipment, professional services, and other operational needs. Support direct material purchasing activities as needed to maintain production and customer commitments.
Responsibilities
+ Create and manage purchase orders, monitor open orders, and expedite deliveries when necessary.
+ Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and service expectations are met.
+ Solicit quotes, compare vendor proposals, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
+ Partner with internal departments including Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing to understand purchasing requirements.
+ Resolve supplier, invoice, and delivery discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and Accounts Payable.
