Procurement Specialist

About the Position

We are looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to our growing global Procurement team. In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement support for technology services and non-technology services in the APAC region.

Additional responsibilities of the role will include:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to anticipate needs and manage requests, ensuring alignment on key project requirements and expected outcomes


• Developing vendor partnerships through effective communication and ensuring supplier performance aligns with our business goals


• Managing end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase order creation and invoice verification


• Developing and executing RFX processes (RFQs, RFPs, etc.) in the APAC region


• Negotiating and redlining agreements in collaboration with our Legal team
