Procurement Specialist

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Procurement Specialist at MKS Instruments, you will partner with Operations, Category Management, and Procurement etc to manage and execute plant-level procurement activities, ensure continuity of supply, and support production needs. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Manager.


This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must reside within commutable distance to the Andover/Methuen, MA sites.


You Will Make an Impact By:

+ Serving as the primary point of contact within the plant for all procurement activities and tasks

+ Managing the supply base to avoid and resolve delivery, quality, and pricing issues

+ Coordinating and streamlining plant procurement activities with Procurement Service Center Buyers to meet and exceed production needs and prevent interruptions
