Job Summary :
The Procurement Specialist will provide procurement support to all Strike’s Gulf Coast Region. Prepare, create, and process requisitions and Purchase Orders for the procurement of goods and services.
Primary Job Functions:
• Support company’s procurement needs, from bid process to Purchase Order issuance and management of open commitments.
• Identify, prepare, create, and process requisitions and Purchase Orders for the procurement of goods and services.
• Coordinate and assist with Strike’s required documents for suppliers, including but not limited to purchase orders, change orders and any related documents.
• Support management of supplier qualification requirements, including , contract, safety and insurance expectations, and established pricing.
• Ensure that documents related to suppliers are stored properly for accurate retention and retrieval...
