Procurement & Production Planning Executive

We are seeking a proactive Procurement & Production Planning Executive to manage raw material sourcing, production scheduling, and coordination with production teams. This role also covers purchasing for non-production needs such as office supplies, marketing materials, and other operational requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that materials are delivered on time, production runs smoothly, and orders are fulfilled without delays.

Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.

• Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials and packaging in line with quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Coordinate production timelines with production teams.
• Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and compliance.
