Procurement Operations Specialist - 6 months contract

Our client, a global technology firm, is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to join their team in Singapore on a 6‑month contract.
 
Responsibilities

• Support Category Managers across APAC to deliver operational procurement support.
• Lead end‑to‑end tender processes (RFx), managing supplier coordination, queries, and onboarding through internal systems.
• Serve as the key liaison for vendor onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely submissions with internal teams such as Finance.

 
Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Operations Specialist with a focus on tender management and supplier coordination.
• Proven track record in negotiation and direct supplier‑facing commercial engagements.
• Detail‑oriented and eager to learn; thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities; curious and motivated.
