Procurement Officer

Job Description:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase quality products and supplies for company operations
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders when needed
• Compare prices and evaluate supplier performance to ensure cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and documentation
• Work closely with operations, kitchen, and management to ensure supply availability
• Ensure all purchased items meet company quality standards
• Purchase all supply needed outside if necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• With 2-3 years' experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role
• Knowledgeable in procurement processes and supplier management
