PROCUREMENT & MATERIALS COORDINATOR

TCA Design & Build runs multiple high-end landed residential sites simultaneously. We need a Procurement Coordinator who owns the full materials ordering process — from written request to delivery confirmation — so that nothing arrives late, nothing is ordered twice, and every purchase has a paper trail.

• Receiving written material requests from one approved requester per site.
• Checking specifications against drawings or QS confirmation.
• Obtaining minimum two price comparisons for every order.
• Recording supplier, unit price, quantity, lead time, GST, delivery date and payment terms for every purchase.
• Tracking delivery against order.
• Flagging discrepancies or delays before they hit site.
• Monthly procurement summary to QS and Director.
