Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute procurement strategies for Raw Materials, Engineering Purchases, CAPEX, and OPEX to ensure supply stability and market-leading pricing.
• Vendor Excellence: Scout, negotiate with, and manage top-tier suppliers to build a high-performing, reliable partner network.
• Technical Procurement: Lead the end-to-end purchase of specialized engineering equipment (reactors, valves, Pumps) and ensure full compliance with industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and drive the procurement team to meet performance goals and foster professional growth.
• Financial Impact: Take ownership of budgets and lead cost-saving initiatives that directly boost the bottom line.
