Procurement Manager

Develop and implement procurement strategies to support marine, offshore, shipbuilding, and repair projects. Source and procure marine equipment, vessel spare parts, steel, piping, electrical, and mechanical materials. Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms. Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and delivery. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to vessels, shipyards, and project sites. Coordinate with project, engineering, operations, and warehouse teams to meet project requirements. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of critical materials and spare parts.
