+ Lead and oversee the daily activities of the procurement team, ensuring all purchasing operations comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
+ Direct the development, solicitation, negotiation, and administration of annual contracts for goods, professional services, and construction-related projects.
+ Support the design, implementation, and administration of procurement processes governing purchasing activities, asset disposition, equipment transfers, and surplus property management.
+ Collaborate with leadership to evaluate existing procurement policies and recommend updates that improve efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
