Procurement Manager

About the Role

As the Bid Desk Manager, you will lead end-to-end competitive sourcing events (RFx and e-Auctions), partner with business stakeholders and suppliers, ensure governance and compliance, and identify opportunities to improve procurement through automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFx and e-Auction events
• Manage supplier communications and event administration using Coupa
• Coordinate bid analysis, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations
• Negotiate quick-bid commodity purchases and document savings
• Analyze spend data to identify sourcing opportunities
• Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and approval controls
• Support stakeholders by resolving sourcing and purchasing escalations
