Job Description

We are Hiring Procurement Manager from Fast food Industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle fast food & kitchen purchases as per SOPs (Issue P/Os, Follow-up, Negotiate, Arrange Logistics).
• Procure groceries, perishable & non-perishable items, packaging, and kitchen essentials & general items.
• Develop & maintain vendor portfolio, rate agreements, credit terms & quality standards.
• Implement cost-cutting strategies for top-purchased items.
• Ensure SAP & physical inventory matches with system.
• Source new vendors for better pricing, quality & emergency demands.

Requirements

• Graduate in a relevant field.
• 3 years experience in procurement (Fast food industry is MUST).
• SAP experience is a must.
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills.
• Salary range: 100k-130k with other benefits/can be negotiable
