The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Global Field Operation Senior Managers (Level M) to lead our North America East and North Americal Central Regional teams in one of the following locations: Dallas, TX; North Charleston, SC; Chicago IL or St. Louis, MO.
Responsibilities:
Manage employees from multiple Supply Chain and Project Management disciplines performing activities in support of company and supplier operations, rate readiness and performance management.
Ensure team communicates supplier performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Develop and execute supplier recovery project plans and set supplier improvement goals and timelines.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
