Procurement, Logistics & Maintenance Executive

At Takagi Ramen, the Procurement, Logistics & Maintenance Executive manages the end-to-end supply chain while supporting the operational readiness of restaurant equipment and facilities. This role bridges the gap between sourcing goods and ensuring they reach restaurant outlets efficiently, while also ensuring that kitchen equipment and company facilities remain functional and well-maintained to support daily operations across multiple fast‑paced locations.

The Executive will coordinate with both local and overseas suppliers, manage warehouse inventory, oversee delivery of supplies, and ensure preventive maintenance and timely repair of equipment.
