Procurement Local, Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, price negotiation, and order execution to ensure timely product availability.
• Liaise closely with local suppliers on pricing, promotional activities, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Support new SKU listings, product evaluation, and performance tracking to optimize product assortment and category performance.
• Conduct regular market surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and closely monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including SKU information, pricing, and supplier details.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., merchandising, operations, warehouse) and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities.
