Procurement Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a structured and ambitious Procurement Lead to take ownership of procurement in Sweden and also support our other markets with coordination and structure.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for procurement at Instabee Sweden. You’ll combine day-to-day purchasing with building scalable processes that strengthen cost control and efficiency across our operations. Reporting to the Director Finance & Analytics, Sweden you’ll manage contracts, support negotiations together with senior colleagues, and ensure purchases are linked to CAPEX, budgets, and long-term business needs.
