• Support Daily Procurement Operations
• Supplier Communication & Quotation Analysis
• Order Tracking, Delivery Coordination & Follow up on payment enquiry with suppliers / internals
• Data Entry, Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Inventory & Logistics Support
• Compliance & Documentation Control

• Diploma or above in an engineering-related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving and task execution.
• Strong communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working Location: Pasir Ris
