Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Understand the Company's product requirements and specifications to ensure accurate and effective purchasing.

2.⁠ ⁠Source suitable suppliers and perform effective price negotiations to achieve cost efficiency.

3.⁠ ⁠Communicate and liaise closely with all suppliers , including from China, and not limited to managing quotations, confirming product specifications, product quality, translating documents if needed, and coordinating shipment, packaging requirements and/ or delivery arrangements.

1. Ensure optimum stock levels which include timely issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery of stock .

5 . Maintain monthly purchasing records , assist in budgeting activities and present stock status report to the Management .

6 . Handle SQL system entries, including Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Delivery Order, and Invoice processing.
