Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Understand the Company's product requirements and specifications to ensure accurate and effective purchasing.
2. Source suitable suppliers and perform effective price negotiations to achieve cost efficiency.
3. Communicate and liaise closely with all suppliers , including from China, and not limited to managing quotations, confirming product specifications, product quality, translating documents if needed, and coordinating shipment, packaging requirements and/ or delivery arrangements.
- Ensure optimum stock levels which include timely issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery of stock .
5 . Maintain monthly purchasing records , assist in budgeting activities and present stock status report to the Management .
6 . Handle SQL system entries, including Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Delivery Order, and Invoice processing.
