Job Summary:
To establish databases & manage Internal Procurement System to shorten lead time in searching information and smooth daily staff operation to achieve department goals.
To plan, coordinate and manage procurement yearly, clear policy direction and information sharing for internal and external.
Operational:
Internal Procurement System execution
Planner and Coordinator of Supplier Expectation Sheet activity to TMA
Planner and Coordinator of Procurement ISO 9001/COP audit standards based on ASSB plant-wide organization compliance
Key person to Plan, Coordinate and manage Supplier Award Winners
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Data Management/Mathematics or related field
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 for those with experienced and 3.5 for Fresh Graduates
Excellent command of spoken & written in English
Good Microsoft Office Proficiency
Advance negotiation skill, data analysis skill and event coordination
