Responsibilities

• Establish, implement & update department procedures, work instructions, rules & regulations & control documentation.
• Always be aware of prevention & cost down by continual improvement.
• Daily procurement activity, sourcing, inquiry and evaluation of quotation, negotiation and confirmation of order.
• Prepare Purchase Order.
• Receive materials from suppliers directly to the office.
• Attach Delivery Order/ Invoice/ Purchase Order for accounting necessary.
• Implement purchasing procedure effectively.
• Ensure material received on time to avoid hindering project progress.
• Maintain & update approved supplier list.
