Procurement Executive (Contractor Services & Supplied Materials)

The Procurement Executive (Contractor Services & Supplied Materials) is responsible for end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and contract management of external contractor services and raw/supplied materials. This role ensures that the company partners with high-quality, compliant vendors while optimizing costs and securing a seamless supply chain. You would need to bridge the gap between operational needs and vendor capabilities, managing complex service-level agreements (SLAs) and material lead times with equal expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end RFx (RFP, RFQ, RFI) process for third-party contractor services, including facilities management, specialized labor, and technical consultancies.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to mitigate corporate risk and ensure service quality.
