Job Description
The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for engineering projects. He / She will be in close cooperation with the Procurement Manager.
Key Responsibilities 
Undertake the procurement and the pricing of the assigned packages to support Projects execution and Tenders preparation process.
For assigned packages, source and propose the Bidders from registered Client and Company approved vendor lists and based on approved Procurement strategy
Investigate market for new vendors when new project countries or new scope is involved
Coordinate with all relevant in-house departments to ensure all requirements are included in the bidding documents and prepare/issue the Invitation to Bid (ITB) to the selected suppliers.
Expedite firmly with and manage properly the market to achieve a minimum number of competitive offers acquisition.
